Personal Service
Each order is handled personally, from the making and glazing to the careful packing and dispatch. If you have any questions about a piece, care instructions, or an order in progress, you’re always welcome to get in touch.
Communication
We aim to respond to all messages and emails within two working days. During busy studio periods, this may take a little longer, but you’ll always receive a friendly and helpful reply as soon as possible.
Packaging & Delivery
Every item is packed with attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely. We use recyclable or reused materials wherever possible to minimise environmental impact.
Aftercare
Stoneware pieces are designed to be both beautiful and functional. Guidance on care and use is provided with your order, but if you’re ever unsure how best to look after your piece, Susy will be happy to advise.

Your thoughts and experiences matter. Feedback helps Susy continue to refine her work and service. If you’re pleased with your piece, please consider sharing a review or photo. If something isn’t quite right, contact us directly so we can put it right quickly and fairly.

Safety in the Studio
Visitors are warmly welcomed to the studio at Krowji, Redruth, usually by prior arrangement. The studio is a working pottery, and care is taken to ensure a safe environment for all visitors. For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times during visits.
