Free UK Mainland Delivery

We offer free delivery on all online purchases sent to mainland UK addresses. Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched within the timeframe specified at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

 

Commissioned Work

Delivery charges for commissioned pieces are discussed and agreed as part of the initial quote. This allows for flexibility depending on size, weight and destination within the UK mainland.

 

Where We Deliver

Please note that we do not currently ship outside mainland UK, including to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or international destinations.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

If you change your mind, you are welcome to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt

• You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs

 

To arrange a return, please contact us first with your order details. We recommend using a tracked postal service for your own peace of mind, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that do not arrive.

 

Commissioned pieces and personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
