Simply reach out to us within seven of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Every piece from Susy Ward Ceramics is handmade with care, and small variations in shape, size, and glaze naturally occur. These differences are part of the charm of handmade work and will not be treated as faults.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns. Once the item has been received and checked, a refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note that original delivery costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be arranged where stock is available. Please email susywardg10@yahoo.com before returning your item to confirm that the piece you’d like is in stock.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and the packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with either a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or commissioned pieces, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
